2nd Ward Councilwoman Beth Mason and Fifth Ward Councilman Peter Cunningham sent this letter to Council President Theresa Castellano and Michael Russo, chairman of the city council's Finance Committee requesting that Hoboken hire a FORENSIC ACCOUNTANT to examine the Hoboken Parking Utility.
